DisclaimerBy approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, you enter a binding agreement. When ASP has received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. ASP always strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, but errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, ASP will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. ASP, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Payment DetailsAnother Shirt Please accepts credits/debits card payment by VISA and Mastercard. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner Payex, one of Scandinavias largest company for online payment. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept payment from PayPal. PricesAll prices in the ASP store are stated in SEK and EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Swedish VAT. Tax Free (Non EU Customers)All our prices include 25% VAT (Swedish tax). Customers outside of the European Union, will have the VAT charge removed in the checkout process. Price changesASP Store reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. CurrenciesASP store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the SEK or EUR into any other currency. The standard currencies for the shop is SEK, you can switch to EURO in the check out process. Exchanges, returns and refundsWe are committed to bringing you the highest quality shirts and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges(pending availability) of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered FULL PRICE items within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility and ASP will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. ASP won’t however charge additional shipping on exchanges. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error has occurred on the part of the ASP store. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after ASP receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by ASP. Where to Send Your Return Another Shirt Please We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase pending availability. If you need to exchange your purchase, please send the item to be exchanged to the address listed above. Please circle the item on your invoice that you would like exchanged and which size you need. If you have any questions about product availability please contact order@anothershirtplease.com. Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges within the same price range. If you wish to exchange your item for a more expensive style, we can either reimburse your account or give you store credit for your future/next order. Our policy explained above applies during sales periods, except that ASP will not accept exchanges. FORCE MAJEUREIn case of Force Majeure, ASP have the right to assert force majeure, which means that the agreement between you and ASP can will not be fulfilled in part of full. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, ASP will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
